No minimum quantity
Orders are not subject to a fixed minimum; the suitable transport method is reviewed against quantity.
Freight and unloading
Freight and unloading costs and responsibilities remain with the buyer.
Load condition
Load condition is guaranteed to the project site, with up to 2% transport loss or breakage allowed.
Above the allowance
Verified breakage above 2% is replaced in the next shipment or reimbursed in cash.
